999cv Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") form a legal agreement between the 999cv platform and its users. 999cv is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the 999cv website, mobile application and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to each user's personal registered profile.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "BDT / ৳ / Taka" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, which is the only accepted currency on this platform.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to participate on the 999cv platform:

• Users must be at least 21 years of age or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Users must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Users must participate on the platform voluntarily and in a sound state of mind.
• Professional players, team managers or individuals with a conflict of interest related to betting may not place bets on the relevant events.

999cv may request age verification documents at any time. 999cv reserves the right to suspend an account and its funds until age or identity has been verified.

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account with 999cv, users must provide accurate and complete information. 999cv reserves the right to cancel an account and forfeit any deposited funds if registration is completed with false, incomplete or misleading information.

3.2 Password and Security

Each member is responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential. Use a strong password and change it regularly to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

999cv follows an identity verification process to ensure a safe and transparent service. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested before large withdrawals. This process applies for the protection of all users.

• Operating multiple accounts from a single device or IP address is prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• Any changes to registration information must be reported to 999cv immediately.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into 999cv: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• If a technical issue occurs during a deposit, contact the support team immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

To withdraw winnings and funds:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• 999cv reserves the right to suspend withdrawals while investigating suspicious activity.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳5,000. This bonus is subject to a 20x wagering requirement.

• After receiving the bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.
• For example: if you receive a ৳5,000 bonus, ৳100,000 in bets is required before withdrawal.
• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

999cv regularly offers various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the offers page. General terms:

• A promotion cannot be claimed from more than one account.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to earn another bonus.
• 999cv reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
• In cases of promotion abuse, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

5.3 VIP Program

Active members can join the 999cv VIP program. There are five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Members can move up to higher tiers through regular play, and each tier comes with various benefits including weekly cashback. 999cv reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on 999cv are provided by third-party providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Spribe). The rules for each game can be found within the game itself.

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• 999cv is not obligated to provide compensation if a game is interrupted due to a technical error.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting vulnerabilities or errors in game software will be considered void.

6.2 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and event. Check the relevant game rules before placing bets. 999cv reserves the right to change betting limits in special circumstances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999cv platform:

• Fraud and Manipulation: Any form of cheating, software manipulation, use of bots or automated playing tools.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to clean money from illegal sources.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating and operating more than one account by the same person.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses without meeting the bonus terms or through fraudulent means.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any sporting event.
• Abusive Language: Misconduct or threats directed at support staff.

If any of the above activities are detected, 999cv may close the account without notice and forfeit the associated funds and winnings. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.
